Workout Routine
Well, now that the whole pregnancy thing is over, once again I have to deal with all that leftover weight from the "baby". :) I'm making a public challenge. Just for this week (start small right?) that I will...
- workout three times this week,
- for 30 minutes, and
- one of those times has to be cardio,
- the other times have to be moderate (quick walking for example) or strength training.
My regular duties (cleaning, laundry, chasing Crew...) do not count.
If any one else wants to join in... go for it! Misery loves company. ;)

Well, I read your post this morning and thought there was no way I was going to join you, but I already got one done today, so who knows I may actually do it?!? I went on a long bike ride tonight and about died...I didn't realize how out of shape I am!!
